A passionate chef from Styria, who previously worked at Landhaus Bacher, Restaurant Bründlmayer and Restaurant Frantzen in Stockholm.
In the Himmelreich restaurant, you will be presented with purist cuisine with a Nordic influence, whereby the quality and regionality of the basic products play a major role.
